Wonderful place. Had more than I was honestly expecting and the staff were very friendly. When I got home I was missing an O ring from a hose that I bought and they gave me the replacement for free.
A/C unit stopped working. I called Jerry Berry Heat and Air. They made it to my house within a couple of hours. Turned out that the unit was low on freon. They had it up and running in no time, and they did it for a very reasonable charge. Many thanks to Cory and his work partner. They were both fast and professional. Excellent work and Customer Service
Mike and his team did an outstanding job installing two new mini split air conditioning units on our porch and in a second-story barn loft. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and made sure the installation was done right. It was not an easy job, but they handled it without issue. They even were able to run all of the electrical at a fraction of what we had been quoted to do it separately. Overall I was impressed with both the work and the price. The new ductless mini split systems are running perfectly, both quiet and energy-efficient, keeping the rooms at a comfortable temperature much better than the window units did. If you’re in the Cass County area and need mini split installation, HVAC service, or air conditioning repair, I highly recommend Jerry Berry. Excellent service, fair pricing, and a crew you can trust.

Our HVAC system stopped working on a Saturday night. I messaged Jim early Sunday morning and he called me at 7 and said he could be out soon. He was here in half an hour and had my AC up and running in less than an hour. He replaced a bad breaker on the inside unit and replaced the capacitor on the outside unit. He’s very friendly and attentive and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg and came out on a Sunday. If you live around Linden and need HVAC work done this is your guy. He did a great job.
